Life is dark and irrepressibly ironic.
You’re born, you live enigmatically, quietly, your pretty fiance disappears and dies, and you’re the most obvious suspect so everyone is looking for you and discussing you as if you are knowable to all. You become more of an enigma in your absence.
And really, does it matter? This is a nothing story filled with mediocrity and your life shouldn’t command such attention but this is 2021 and minor lives become our collective diversion.
Then you die.
And on your gravestone, the immortal words that seal your doomed fate:
Obscurity is severely underrated.
